TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellations: All cancellations must be in writing. If received 60 days or more prior to arrival a $100 fee per person, if received 21-59 days prior to arrival a 25% fee of total reservation per person, if received 20 days or less prior to arrival a 100% fee non refundable. It is your responsibility to confirm cancellation was received in writing. Travel insurance is NOT offered however is suggested  for you to purchase on your own to protect you against cancellation penalties
Changes: A change in cabin category or a change in room is allowed (if available) up to 60 days prior to arrival. No name changes allowed for travel agents however companion name change allowed up to 60 days prior to arrival. Changes are ONLY allowed if tickets and/or vouchers have NOT been issued. Once issued, no changes allowed. If due to circumstances outside the control of the operator, a booked accommodation is not available, Hellenic Cruises Corp will make best efforts to provide an accommodation of an equivalent standard.
Mandatory Events: Travel agents are to attend both Mandatory events no exceptions.
